Draft for reviewThese editable terms are a starting point. They do not claim legal certification, statutory compliance or regulatory approval. The operator must complete and review them before commercial launch.
Information the platform stores
Doodh Hisaab stores account details, business settings, farmer and customer contact information, milk records, payment entries and audit events supplied by authorized users. Add only information needed to operate the dairy. Do not store passwords for banking or payment services.
How information is used
Records support dairy operations, balances, reports, authentication, support and account security. Business records are accessed according to the signed-in user's business and permissions. Connected providers, including AI, email and messaging, must be disclosed by the operator before activation.
Device storage and offline records
The PWA can keep synchronized records and pending collection drafts on the device to support offline use. Use a device lock, protect shared devices and sign out when finished. Local drafts are not server-confirmed financial records.
Access, correction and deletion
Ask your dairy owner to correct business records. Use the data deletion request page to submit an account or personal-data request. Identity and authority will be verified before processing. Financial and audit records may require retention where a specific legal obligation applies; the operator must define these periods after review.
Security, retention and grievances
The operator must publish its security contact, grievance process, service providers, backup policy and specific retention periods before public commercial use. No certification or statutory approval is claimed by this draft. Changes should be published with a version and effective date.
